The Facility Design service provides clients with a bespoke, practical and efficient kitchen, storage, servery and dining facilities that will deliver the agreed service Vision and service specification in the most operationally cost efficient way.
All designs commence with a brief Operational Performance Review to establish and agree the service Vision and specification based on customer and stakeholder input. The service is flexible by engaging design or tendering only or provides a full turnkey.

and specifications whilst maximising operational efficiencies
and customer service opportunities
Fully detailed equipment specifications and budget costings
Health and Food Safety and HACCP compliance
Fully detailed M&E service drawings
Liaison between client, main contractor, architect and other
sub-contractors
PFI and BSF experience
Full equipment tendering process for the final design, M&E
specifications, procurement, installation and commissioning to
ensure client best value and fit for purpose
Oversee adherence to specification, installation and
commissioning
