Advertising through the media, local and national web sites
Pre-qualification, evaluation and long listing
Invitation to tender, evaluation criteria, detailed service
specification (including KPIs) and contract documentation
Managing site visits
Tender evaluation, short listing, organising panel visits to
tenderers and managing tenderer presentations to panel
Supporting the decision making
Final service development, budget and contract negotiations
and agreement with preferred tenderer to contract award
Agree and monitor implementation of the service
mobilisation plan
Additional on-going service standards and financial
monitoring based on the service specification, agreed
budget and service contract
Depending on the complexity of the service and excluding the follow-on monitoring, a full Competitive Tender and Evaluation can take from 8 days.
