How do you charge for your consultancy projects?
Following an initial no obligation meeting to establish the client’s needs, a project plan and fee proposal is prepared and presented to the client for their agreement. This calculates the number of consultant days to complete the project multiplied by our daily consultant rate, excluding VAT. Once the project is agreed, there are no hidden costs or extras.

What is your daily rate?
Our daily consultant rate is inclusive of normal travel expenses and all administration costs.
All our clients know exactly what they are buying and how much it costs with no hidden extras. In most projects, our fees are more than recovered by the first year savings through the implementation of Review Consultancy’s proposed strategies and recommendations.

All Review Consultancy’s consultants are very experienced within our sectors of the catering industry; some are from a contracting background, others from restaurants and hotels.
