A very long standing sub-contracted service with a private contractor that the Bursar and Governors required reassurance that the levels of service standards achieved and financial subsidy charged still represented the best in market.

Benchmarking both service standards and costs against the best in the market.
Output report advising that service standards were good but recommending a renegotiation of the financial position.
With the Bursar and the contractor renegotiation of the remaining two years budgets of the contract.

Outcomes:

£16,000 subsidy reduction per year for the remaining two years of the existing contract.
Introduction of a monthly, termly and annual financial reporting process.
Provided the school with three quotations for cashless systems from three credible, referenced companies.
